Kathryn Golden Williams has been a licensed Realtor since Feb 2007 beginning in the San Francisco market. While 2007/08 was one of the most difficult markets in the history of US real estate, Kathryn was named by prestigious McGuire Real Estate, Rookie of the Year AND made President’s club along with veteran top producers.
In 2010, Kathryn moved to the Palm Springs area with her new husband, Garnett. They bought a home in Mountain View Country Club in La Quinta CA. During the 14 years Kathryn was there, she actively engaged as a stellar listing agent and sold many golf luxury homes in La Quinta. Ms Williams also represented buyers to find their dream home. During Kathryn’s tenure at MVCC, she was President of the HOA, VP of the Ladies Golf, a member of numerous committees and was Chair of the Ladies Invitational for two consecutive years.
In Fall of 2023, the Williams moved to Nevada. While obtaining her NV real estate license, she continued to sell numerous homes in CA with the most recent closing Feb. 29, 2024, for over $3,100,000.
In the first month Kathryn had her Nevada real estate license, she represented a buyer from CA who bought in Anthem Country Club and closed a $4,200,000 home. Recently, Kathryn was ranked #1 in Coldwell Banker Premier Realty in February 2024.
Ms. Williams’ background has led to most of her success. Kathryn has extensive business experience as co-founder of several businesses, one of which went public. She also has strong sales & marketing training and experience; known to ‘think outside the box’. Kathryn’s strong work ethic and market knowledge has propelled her to be a leading and successful Realtor. Many clients have expressed to Kathryn that her passion and outgoing personality is a rare combination and is reflected in her success.
Currently, Kathryn & her husband are living at Lake Las Vegs in Henderson as they wait for their new home at Bella Strada to be completed in summer of 2024. Both Williams enjoy golfing at South Shore Country Club and enjoying the community of Lake Las Vegas as well as all the activity Las Vegas has to offer.
